PRMReviews is the independent research and intelligence database for partner relationship management (PRM) software. We cover 18 platforms used by B2B channel, partnership and ecosystem teams — what each one actually does, what it costs, how long it takes to launch, how ready it is for AI agents, and who it fits.
We are not a user-review aggregator and we are not a vendor. We do original research, publish the evidence behind every consequential claim, and score platforms against a rubric we publish in full.

What PRMReviews is
Independent
No paid placements, no vendor approval on review copy, no analyst scorecards sold back to the vendors being scored.
Evidence-first
Every review carries an evidence ledger separating what we verified, what the vendor claims, what customers report, and what we concluded.
Machine-readable
The same research is published as a public JSON dataset and an MCP server, so agents can retrieve it directly.
How we label evidence
- Verified fact
- PRMReviews confirmed the claim directly against a primary source such as product documentation, the live product, or a public technical artifact.
- Vendor claim
- Stated by the vendor on its own website, documentation, or materials. Reported here as the vendor's position, not as independently confirmed.
- Customer report
- Reported by customers in public review platforms (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, GetApp) or in buyer conversations. Reflects experience, not vendor commitment.
- PRMReviews analysis
- An editorial judgement by PRMReviews, derived from the evidence above using the published scoring rubric. Interpretation, not fact.

Use our data
The PRM dataset is free to use and cite with attribution to PRMReviews. It contains every platform's category, target customer, pricing model, implementation time, capabilities, AI and agent readiness scores, evidence entries and last-verified dates.
