- Compare them on the criteria that move a buying decision: pricing model, implementation effort, AI and agent readiness, overall rating, supported partner types, and the specific strengths and weaknesses buyers report — not feature-count checklists.
- What does the AI readiness rating mean?
- High means the vendor has shipped agent-facing surfaces such as MCP endpoints or APIs that expose real partner data. Moderate means useful AI assists inside the product. Low means AI is marketing language rather than shipped functionality.
- Where do the customer scores come from?
- Customer scores are a blended satisfaction figure aggregated from public review sites and normalised to a five-point scale. Our own rating is editorial and independent of vendor influence.
- How many PRM platforms should be on my shortlist?
